Return and/or Refund policy

The Massachusetts Orchid Society does not accept returns of items purchased through the society. Similarly, tickets purchased to events are non-refundable.

For membership cancellation, please contact membership@massorchid.org or treasurer@massorchid.org within 7 days of the completed transaction to cancel for any reason.

Vendor-related refunds for the Annual Orchid Show are outlined in the appropriate year's contract and are subject to Board approval. Please reference your contract, or contact show@massorchid.org with questions.

Shipping Policy

The Society in not in the position to offer shipping services for any items by default. Exclusions, should they arise, will be determined and clearly offered ahead of any purchasing opportunities.

Fee Policy

The Society retains the right to request credit card or bank-related fees due to incomplete transactions on the buyer's side. For example, should a bank check not clearing incur the Society a $20 fee, this fee will be added to the original invoiced amount.
